I keep global lockPref(...   settings for users , and this file is overwritten 
without 
prompt after every iceweasel update released..

/usr/lib/iceweasel/iceweasel.cfg may be updated for every upgrade
without problems, if you want to have settings that won't be updated you
should use the files in /etc/iceweasel
