Hi!

About two years ago, the postgresql-dev package became obsolete, it
was split into a client-side part (libpq-dev) and a server-side part
(postgresql-server-dev-<VERSION>).

Please change the postgresql-dev build dependency to libpq-dev, since
the transitional postgresql source package (and with it, the
transitional postgresql-dev binary package) will be removed after
Etch's release.

Thanks,

Martin
