You are correct about providing a choice between libgnatprj-4.[123]-dev. The package libgnatprj-dev will be provided by gcc-defaults in a future upload (RSN). But, also as part of the transition of all Ada packages to gnat-4.3, there will be a new version of gnat-gps.
