Are you sure to have g++ installed on your system ? (Don't use g++-4.2,
just install g++)

"cc1plus" is provided by "g++-4.2", which I have installed. "execvp" is not clear, but I have
"libc6-dev" and "perl" installed, the two packages "dpkg -S exevp" is mentioning.
And, right, I am backporting latest deluge package on testing, I couldn't wait!
