Eugene, unfortunatelly your patch couldn't still fix about Gaim problem. Emacs is OK. 0. ~/.fvwm/.fvwm2rc is following. ... DeskTopSize 3x3 ... Style "Gaim" StartsOnPage 0 1 Style "Gaim" KeepWindowGroups Style Emacs StartsOnPage 0 1 ... 1. Launch gaim and join IRC, but don't open any channel. 2. Change to other desktop, and launch patched xlock with "-mode blank". 3. Send priv msg to this user from outside. 4. xlock is crashed when gaim opens new message window. X Error of failed request; BadWindow (invalid Window parameter) Major opcode of failed request: 12 (X_ConfigureWindow) Resource id in failed request: 0x0 Serial number of failed request: 222 Current serial number in output stream: 224 I'm in business time, so I couldn't investigate more at this time.
