Well on this lenny machine, when selecting "Microsoft Exchange", the only field I get is "Username"
And it's indeed the same version, 2.12.2.dfsg-1+b1, both on lenny and sid... http://packages.debian.org/evolution-exchange This is puzzling. What I can do is make a fresh install of lenny on some machine and try to reproduce the problem in evolution-exchange. I'll try to do that tonight if possible.
