It built fine on the amd64 autobuilder. What's different about your chroot? All the code that FTBFS does is: #include <apm.h> All that apm.h does is: #include <linux/apm_bios.h> #include <sys/types.h> Including these two header files doesn't fail on any amd64 machine I could check. This looks like the same bug as #435700, except since I can't reproduce it, my guess is that you have an old version of linux-libc-dev. -- see shy jo
