Package: python-openal
Version: 0.1.6-3
Severity: grave
Justification: renders package unusable

Well, here's how far I get:

> python
Python 2.4.4 (#2, Jan  3 2008, 13:53:47)
[GCC 4.2.3 20071123 (prerelease) (Debian 4.2.2-4)] on linux2

>>> import pyopenal
Traceback (most recent call last):
  File "<stdin>", line 1, in ?
    File "/var/lib/python-support/python2.4/pyopenal/__init__.py", line

        from _openal import *
        ImportError: /var/lib/python-support/python2.4/_openal.so:
        undefined symbol: alutExit
        >>>

Therefore, my impression, the package can't be used at all as this
symbol is missing.
