I forgot to copy the bug number in the changelog snippet:

The text from the manpage is:

       binary:Version
              The binary package version (which may differ from source:Version
              in a binNMU for example).

It's not too explicit.  But I think the change does make
dpkg-gencontrol more consistent.

So, will you please do the upload now?
