Hi,

the “C” above means “Correctly”. You're using “`pwd`”, which breaks (not
in the usual FTBFS sense but in the “the binary isn't installed at all”
sense) when sudo is used instead of fakeroot. Please use “$(CURDIR)”
instead.

Note also that you didn't close #461684 correctly, because you typo'd
the “Closes: #461684” instruction in your changelog.

Note that “newer version of debhelper” would rather be 5 or 6.
