AFAICS that's only valid for survex as the others are either fixed or
want to wait for a more recent version...

What do you think this is about (reopening this bug)?

Hmm, I won't respond to any mails which include personal attacks. This
mail could even be seen as an exception...

Are you seriously considering having wxwindows2.4 in the archive with
only survex (and ctsim?) as reverse dependencies?

Will you upload version 2.8 (or 3.0) to be ready for Lenny? Do you think
3.0 will be ready in time to be able to skip 2.8? What versions do you
intend to have included in Lenny?
