Package: libgcc1
Version: 1:4.0.0-1
Severity: grave
Tags: experimental
Justification: renders package unusable in Debian

$ cat /var/lib/dpkg/info/libgcc1.shlibs
libgcc_s 1 libgcc1 (>= 1:4.0-0pre6ubuntu4)

I noticed this when checking a package I NMU'd:
http://packages.qa.debian.org/s/scite.html
# scite/powerpc unsatisfiable Depends: libgcc1 (>= 1:4.0-0pre6ubuntu4)

This is the unstable version:
$ cat /var/lib/dpkg/info/libgcc1.shlibs
libgcc_s 1 libgcc1 (>= 1:3.4.1-3)

The ubuntu-specific version should not be in Debian.

Regards,
Roger
