Package: virtualbox-ose
Version: 1.5.4-dfsg-1
Severity: grave
Justification: causes non-serious data loss

Hi !

When upgrading from 1.5.2 to 1.5.4, virtual hosts cannot be restored
from saved states or snapshots. Since many people may rely on this
functionality to save important data, I think this qualifies for "data
loss" (but you may disagree).

For example, I use snapshots to avoid to reinstall a virtual host from
scratch when I need to clean the host. Having to lose those snapshots
is a pity.

You could also point the user to a manual procedure to avoid this
situation, if such a procedure exists. I haven't found one.
