I just updated from winehq's wine 0.9.49 to this version and found out that
wineprefixcreate, winecfg and wine itself all fail to run with the following
error:
/usr/lib/wine/wine.bin: error while loading shared libraries: libwine.so.1:
cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory
Wine failed with return code 127
I have installed libwine, for what is worth, but it doesn't provide any files
directly under /usr/lib.

Yes it does. You can use "dpkg -L libwine" to confirm that there's a
/usr/lib/libwine.so.1.0, and a libwine.so.1 symlink. Reinstall if you
need to, but the problem is not in this package.
