Package: cvs Version: 1:1.12.13-9 Severity: grave Justification: renders package unusable
cvs stoped working recently. On the client side I see the following error message: cvs [checkout aborted]: unrecognized auth response from <CVSSERVER>: cvs: /lib/tls/libc.so.6: version `GLIBC_2.4' not found (required by cvs) There are two issues here: 1) On the server side (under debian/unstable) there is no directory /lib/tls/ 2) Even when I make a symlink /lib/tls -> /lib (where libc.so.6 resides), that does not solve the problem and the error message remains the same.
