Well, I read the postinst script of tomboy and didn't see anything
relevant either, but that's my experience and I'm just providing a data
point.

Also, I assume you meant libmono-addins-gui0.2-cil.

Right, that's just a typo.

I never deleted anything in ~/.tomboy.  After all the things I did in my
log, tomboy can run normally.

It maybe that the first running of tomboy deleted the DB, and the second
run would succeed regardless tomboy is reconfigured or not.
