The file seems to originate in the OASIS XML conformance test suite. It's a slightly modified version of the one inside a tarball found at http://www.oasis-open.org/committees/xml-conformance/suite-v1se/xmlconf-20010315.tar.gz with a readme.html file in the same directory stating: Copyright (C) 1998 James Clark. All rights reserved. Permission is granted to copy and modify this collection in any way for internal use within a company or organization. Permission is granted to redistribute the file <code>xmltest.zip</code> containing this collection to third parties provided that no modifications of any kind are made to this file. Note that permission to distribute the collection in any other form is not granted. The rest of the test suite is not included in libxml-sax-perl; this file seems to be just an example of a large XML document. It should be trivial to remove or replace with another one.
