It could be a transient problem in one of your build dependencies. Since Lucas's working by whole-archive-rebuild, every few weeks, there's no real requeue to ask for. I'd suggest to eventually close this bug as it's unreproducible. If this problem pops up again, the bug will be reopened and we'll investigate.
It appears that it is exactly that. This bug will manifest itself in only when autoreconf'd. See <https://fcp.surfsite.org/modules/newbb/viewtopic.php?topic_id=42486&forum=11>, which is linked to from #452465, which is exactly the same problem.
I'm not sure what the solution is.
