retitle 450452 does install a dangling symlink as clisp-link ->
../lib/clisp-*/clisp-link

Hi all!
clisp-dev is hosed, it contains:
./usr/bin/clisp-link -> ../lib/clisp-*/clisp-link
which is bad.
I reassign this to clisp-dev.
