Hi Gürkan, Here is my pathetic attempt to fix this bug. With this patch, cynthiune.app builds fine with disable-windowsmedia=yes, but unfortunately I can't test it properly (no sound card here). There was a minor issue with the bundles' installation (similar to the one in talksoup.app), so this fixes it as well.
Please let me know if it works for you. I'm not including the debian changes as they're fairly trivial (just ask me if you need them). (AFAIK cynthiune.app is the only package not yet ported to the new FLAC so this will complete the libflac7->libflac8 transition as well -- if it is done right, of course, which I highly doubt.)
