The text-bidi binary package wasn't meant to be accept into the archive
and should be removed automatically due to the fact that the text-bidi
source package doesn't build the text-bidi binary package (as of 0.03-2).

If this doesn't happen fast enough, I'll reassign this bug to
ftp.debian.org to make sure it will happen.

Thanks for the report, as I didn't notice the extra package was excepted
to unstable.
