It seems to work for everyone else. And it's quite impossible to get the
behavior you are seeing with nonbroken binaries, because:
strings /usr/lib/libksba.so.8.9.2 | fgrep 0.9.11
(nothing)
strings /usr/lib/libksba.so.8.9.2 | fgrep 1.0.2
1.0.2
ouh, WTF:
