Sorry, but it's impossible according to Debian policy, because cdrdao
priority is extra. Many people ask for this before you, so please have a
look to bugs before opening one.
Moreover read the meaning of bugs severity. Read what "grave" means ! On
top of that K3b isn't unusable without cdrdao...
