Package: rcs
Version: 5.7-13.1

It does not have a build dependency on autoconf but it's using
it.

It fails with:
/usr/bin/make CFLAGS="-O2 -I/usr/include/bsd" LDFLAGS=-s
make[1]: Entering directory `/home/kurt/src/rcs-5.7'
cd . && autoconf
/bin/sh: line 1: autoconf: command not found
