If it's a policy violation, then there's nothing to agree or disagree
about that.  It's clear this is not a grave bug (the original severity
of the second of these), as it does not render the package unusable, but
I was not aware of any policy violation.

It's just been NMU'd anyway, so it's moot for this package, but I'd
appreciate a pointer to the policy section if you get a minute.
