Package: claws-mail-extra-plugins
Version: 3.0.0-1
Severity: serious
Justification: no longer builds from source

claws-mail-extra-plugins declares a build-dependency on the virtual
libcurl-ssl-dev package with no concrete alternative. In principle,
this is perfectly fine; in practice, however, the autobuilder (sbuild)
arbitrarily picks libcurl4-openssl-dev only to find that libetpan-dev
(also a build-dependency) specifically requires libcurl4-gnutls-dev,
and then errors out rather than attempting to backtrack. :-/

(See, for instance,
http://buildd.debian.org/fetch.cgi?pkg=claws-mail-extra-plugins;ver=3.0.0-1;arch=amd64;stamp=1189266977
.)

Could you please work around this sbuild limitation by either
specifically requiring libcurl4-gnutls-dev rather than
libcurl-ssl-dev, specifically favoring libcurl4-gnutls-dev as an
alternative, or simply dropping the dependency altogether on the
grounds that build-depending on libetpan-dev will take care of it
automatically?

Thanks!
