I have a similar problem with the skktools package.

This bug is affected by libdb4.3-dev.  With libdb4.4-dev,
libdb4.5-dev or libdb4.6-dev, the package is built successfully.

I don't know the cause of this problem, but this is a chance of
migrating to newer version of libdb-dev.

The maintainer Noritada, could you please change the dependency to
libdb4.6-dev or so?  I'll follow the same version of libdb-dev with
the skktools package.
