This package cannot be built until a new version of libcomplearn is
accepted. Then, I will upload a new version of complearn-gui to
supercede this one and allow it to build again. Unfortunately, the
new version of libcomplearn has been stuck for quite some time because
libgsl (a build dep) has been in transition for months [1]:
