Well, I thought that the original context of my bug report was engouh
to figure out.

The package breaks when bootging the system, and more particularly
when executing the /etc/init.d/console-setup script

This is visible only on systems where perl-modules are not
installed...which is not that common.

The breakage was reported on some newly freshly installed systems
where the use of console-setup is enforced (one of the current work of
the D-I team). You won't see it on a French install because the French
task drives perl-modules on the system, thus hiding the problem.

This is visible, IIRC, on a Bulgarian fresh install and also very
probably on fresh install of a base system with no localization
(Choosing "C" as language in the install process).

Actually, this is visible on any system without perl-modules but with
perl-base...and using any software that uses the PVA perl module.
