Bug#439176: libcurl3-gnutls: cannot depend on libssh2-0

Hey

The only really fine fix for this is to use a later libssh2 package that is 
built against libgcrypt, but that of course requires that two wishes come 
true:

Note that the very latest (upstream) libssh2 versions don't work with libcurl 
7.16.4 but only with the upcoming libcurl 7.17.0...
