<sigh>  This was not a bug; gsnes9x should *not* be built on s390, because
snes9x-x is not ported to s390.  This build failure was the intentional
result of the -7 upload, and there is nothing wrong with contrib packages
that build-depend on non-free packages.

Alain, I'll approve -8 for sarge, but it's much less work for you in the
long term if you don't have to re-upload gsnes9x's source every time
snes9x-x adds/removes an architecture to its own port list.
