Package: petsc

I just tried it in cowbuilder and it still doesn't work:

make: *** [build-arch] Error 1
pbuilder: Failed autobuilding of package

Other packages (libmesh, libslepc, python-petsc) are waiting for this to be
resolved,
so something should be done soon. Unfortunately, I don't have time at the moment
to fix that (it used to build fine for me when not using pbuilder, this is the
first
time I tried that in pbuilder).
