Package: ibm-jdk1.1-installer
Version: 1.1.8-5
Severity: grave
Justification: renders package unusable

The URL provided to download the IBM JDK 1.1 from
(http://www.ibm.com/java/jdk/118/linux/) doesn't work (server
does not respond) and the IBM Java page at
http://www-106.ibm.com/developerworks/views/java/tools.jsp doesn't offer
the JDK 1.18 package anymore. Only version 1.4.0 is available.
Obviously the unavailability of the IBM JDK 1.1 package renders the
installer-package useless.

Best regards,
Joerg Hevers

I wonder about this too ;)

I've simply been shamefully inactive for some time and somehow never got
around to actually filing the removal request. I've done that now.

OK, that's of course great.

Cheers,
Yven
