Could you please paste the output of the following? > ldd /usr/lib/libthunar-vfs-1.so.2 If libexo-0.3.so.0 points to a file, could you also paste the output of: > obdjump -T /path/to/the/file | grep exo_mount_point_free Also, make sure you don't have anything xfce/exo/thunar-vfs related installed in /usr/local, which is quite common in this kind of situation.
