The Debian project needs a clarification on the licence of dvi2tty. There are two licence statements, one says GNU General Public Licence, the other says non-commercial use only. The preferable situation for us would be that dvi2tty was released fully under the GNU GPL. It would also help if the list of copyright holders was enumerated.
