It does make it unsuable when you also want OOo, yes :/ Unfortunately, the new myspell-de-de (on which -at depends) entered testing prematurely without OOo 2.2.x which it needs (because it registers also for de_BE which OOo < 2.1 would show bogusly so there's a Conflicts) Nothing I can do; will automatically be a non-bug when OOo 2.2.x enters testing.
