Well, I think that any package that build-depends on ccache is doing something wrong... Right, I think so. However, it's the ftp team's place to decide whether it's appropriate to remove the binaries as a result. For my part, I think this is an RC bug that needs to be fixed in openscenegraph, or have openscenegraph removed from testing. Either of those solutions would allow libjpeg6b-10 into sarge.
