I see, so the only thing that should be done, is to move "texlive-extra-utils" to Build-Depends? I understood from a recent mailing thread that it had something to do with dh_clean. But apparently my first guess was correct, i.e. that packages in B-D-I are there for operations that are architecture-independent, and B-D for packages with tools that process architecture-dependent files? In casu "ctangle" (also) produces a compiled binary. Therefore texlive-extra-utils needs to be in B-D. I'll upload a new version to my mentor today. Thanks for your report!
