Thanks for checking this. I've added "dh_perl -V" to debian/rules, to
add a perl dependency. However, this adds a strict dependency on
"perl (>= 5.8.4-8)", rather than just "perl (>= 5.8)", which may cause
problems with testing migration in the future. Is "dh_perl -V" OK in
this situation, or are looser versions OK?
