The build failures in experimental seem to be the result of various failures
to install the build-dependencies of kvirc 3. Closing this bug as it is
either a buildd environment problem or a glitch. Also, a newer version of
kvirc 3 is being uploaded; we'll have to see how that goes and file a new
FTBFS if still appropriate.
