I realized I forgot to send you the patch for the clean target as well. It should also contain: -rm -f config.h config.status config.cache config.log build-stamp config-stamp debian/debiandirs configure autom4te.cache (adjust as needed - this is ripped from a nearby KDE package that leaves some extra cruft around) But you'll ertainly want to at least remove the -stamp files and configure to make the rest of the patch work.
