Package: pitivi
Version: 0.9.9.2-1
Severity: grave
Justification: package unusable

According to the package description
" PiTiVi allows users to easily edit audio/video projects based on the
GStreamer framework: capture audio and video; mix, resize, cut, apply
effects to audio/video sources; render/Save the projects to any format
  supported by the GStreamer framework."

Actually none of these features are actually implemented. The program at
this stage appears to be all GUI and no functionality.[1]

I'm filing a release-critical bug to prevent it from entering etch.
Actually I don't believe it should exist in the Debian archive at all.

Best regards,
  Silvestre
