Justification: Policy violation, see section 7.2

hi,

both libnuclient3 and libnuclient ship `/usr/include/nuclient.h' but do neither
conflict nor add a diversion, thus fail to be installed in the same
environment:

 > Unpacking libnuclient (from .../libnuclient_2.0.16-1+b1_i386.deb) ...
 > Selecting previously deselected package libnuclient3.
 > Unpacking libnuclient3 (from .../libnuclient3_2.2.0-1_i386.deb) ...
 > dpkg: error processing /var/cache/apt/archives/libnuclient3_2.2.0-1_i386.deb
 > (--unpack):
 > trying to overwrite `/usr/include/nuclient.h', which is also in package
 > libnuclient
 > Errors were encountered while processing:
 > /var/cache/apt/archives/libnuclient3_2.2.0-1_i386.deb
 > E: Sub-process /usr/bin/dpkg returned an error code (1)
