Hi Lamont,

Thanks for logging this problem.

I have actually been tracking this issue, but it took me a while to work
out what the cause was was. 2.0.8-9 should include the fix - using
sys/types.h instead of asm/types.h in configure(.in) - and it seems to
have built cleanly on ia64.
