Package: gpsbabel
Version: 1.3.2-2
Severity: serious
Justification: no longer builds from source

Hi!

gpsbabel currently fails to build from source in sid [1].

This is due to the transition from teTeX to TeX Live currently
happening [2]. You can look at some tips and strategies suggested by
the TeX team [3] on how to migrate your package to the new system.

Uninstallability of tetex-bin is not a build failure of gpsbabel. tetex-bin
is installable now in unstable, and gpsbabel builds fine.
