Thanks for reporting this bug. And yes, it is indeed due to the $(moduledir) change in new scim. I am aware of this issue, and actually have reported it in the BTS myself as #422739. I have a patch attached there, and has already prepared a new upload to fix this bug, it's just waiting for my sponsor.
