Hi,
You have a versioned build dependency on:
libgpevtype-dev (>= 0.16)
However, libgpevtype-dev is a virtual package provided by
libgpevtype0-dev. Versioned build dependencies don't work with virtual
packages. You'll need to build depend on libgpevtype0-dev instead.

This bug occurred due to libgpevtype-dev being stuck in NEW (in a
version which changed the package names); it's out now.
