The libcurl package has bumped sonames, so all packages depending on libcurl3 need to be rebuilt for libcurl4. An attempt to do so for tclcurl fails, because tclcurl has a versioned build-dependency on libcurl3-gnutls-dev, which is now a virtual package: dpkg-checkbuilddeps: Unmet build dependencies: libcurl3-gnutls-dev (>= 7.15.0-2) dpkg-buildpackage: Build dependencies/conflicts unsatisfied; aborting.
