You might have heard about the libcurl3 -> libcurl4 transition in unstable. ;) One of your packages, pycurl, is failing to build because it has a versioned build-dependency on libcurl3-gnutls-dev, which of course is now a virtual package: dpkg-checkbuilddeps: Unmet build dependencies: libcurl3-gnutls-dev (>= 7.15.4-1) dpkg-buildpackage: Build dependencies/conflicts unsatisfied; aborting.
