Package: fontconfig Version: 2.3.1-2 Severity: critical Justification: breaks the whole system
After upgrading fontconfig, X would not start on boot up. gdm was failing to start with error "failsafe dialog failed" tried dpkg-reconfigure fontconfig and it seg faulted on fc-cache (line 144 of the postinst) ran fc-cache with the debug option and found the font files which caused it.
